QUALITY IN EVERY ASPECT OF OUR WORK

On-time delivery of defect-free precision machined parts and assemblies is fundamental to our customers staying satisfied and loyal, so we are fully committed to continual improvement of our manufacturing process, product, and service quality.

Quality control is set in motion on the front end of every job and remains a focus throughout production. Our engineers map out every check point in the production process at which highly experienced inspectors use state-of-the-art inspection equipment to ensure that the product complies with all requirements, standards and expectations.

Our inspectors, each with an average of 30 years experience, bring extensive machine part drawing-interpretation and quality-control expertise developed with such companies as Pratt and Whitney, Beech Aircraft, Grumman, and Textron Lycoming. With the help of four sophisticated Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), including dedicated in-line CMMs on the production floor, first articles and final inspection are done precisely and efficiently.

To supplement our traditional inspection process, we have created a number of "super cells" with integrated CMMs running Prolink data collection software. This software provides machinists real-time feedback on product conformance, process capability and trending thus enabling proactive process adjustments in the cell, which prevent defects or production delays. The measurement data and analysis can easily be sent to customers in several formats, which has eliminated the need for on-site source inspections with some customers helping to LEAN out the supply chain timetable.

We hold a number of precision machine manufacturing quality certifications for general quality control, flight safety, defense and international manufacturing. We are AS9100, AS9102, ITAR and NADCAP certified and comply with PPAP requirements and AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI) standards.
